“Try and hire”:
This kind of employment will involve a period of 3 months on a temporary basis, after which you have had the opportunity to test the candidate before a possible permanent employment.
At the end of the 3 months of temporary employment you will be able to employ the candidate without any further cost.
There will be no guarantee in our “try and hire” concept after termination of the temporary period, however it will possible to replace the candidate, if he/she does not live up to your expectations or demands during the temporary period.
