Lufthavnsvikar has been responsible for performance assurance measurements on behalf of airlines, ground handlers and airport for an extensive period of time. We measure, amongst many others parameters; queuing times, passenger numbers and performance related figures (such as On Time Perfromance, baggage waiting times etc.).
