“Try and hire”

  • This kind of employment will involve a period of 3 months on a temporary basis, after which you have had the opportunity to test the candidate before a possible permanent employment.

  • At the end of the 3 months of temporary employment you will be able to employ the candidate without any further cost.

  • There will be no guarantee in our “try and hire” concept after termination of the temporary period, however it will possible to replace the candidate, if he/she does not live up to your expectations or demands during the temporary period.
